Both a hit and a miss

The location was convenient, being just minutes away from downtown sites. The staff responded quickly when I asked for a shower curtain.

Unfortunately, I encountered unclean conditions with mold and an unkempt appearance throughout the property. Security felt compromised with noise and disturbances at night.

The sheets were dirty, yet the staff was friendly during check-in.

The man working the graveyard shift was just fantastic! ! He helped me with my check-in at 3am, made sure I got the room I needed too. The second room was clean, but it smelt of stale smoke, and there were still some paint splatters on the walls. Like, what's up with that? ?

It was a commendable fit for a brief sojourn in Lakewood with value for money. The kids enjoyed the cozy beds and breakfast every morning. Check the ice machine before filling up your cooler.

This hotel has a certain charm, with kind staff and comfy beds that remind me of my childhood. However, the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired, as they carry a strong odor and show significant signs of wear and tear, making it quite an experience.

I loved the comfy beds and the quiet pool area, perfect for chilling out after a long day. The free breakfast was a nice surprise and helped kickstart our mornings. One minor thing to note was the elevator took a while, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 🌟

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend strolls

I loved that it was just a short walk to Lakewood Park, where I could enjoy beautiful views and a lovely green space, and it was also super easy to get to Edgewater Park Beach for some fresh air and stunning scenery during my stay.

We explored the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and caught a game at Progressive Field. The location was great for getting around. Just a heads-up though, expect basic accommodations, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time!

One thing to note is the cleanliness issue. Our bathroom had mold and the toilet paper holder was missing, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

Dirty sheets and a moldy shower made for an unpleasant night. The noise from the lobby kept me awake, and the smell of urine in the room was unbearable. If you can, choose a different place to stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large bed that was perfect for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, and the refrigerator was a nice touch for storing snacks during my stay.

The double room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The linens were clean, and there was a refrigerator for snacks. The heating worked well, and the hairdryer was a plus. Unfortunately, I couldn't handle the breakfast due to an awful smell and the cleanliness was below expectations.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped with my bags during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I can't wait to come back for a holiday!

Our stay was a disaster. The room was grimy, and the air conditioning was the only saving grace. The bathroom had a malfunctioning toilet, and the hallways were in poor condition. I definitely won't be returning!
